Fixes cases marked FIXME upcoming in followup commits.

* test/src/casefiddle-tests.el (casefiddle-tests-char-properties,
casefiddle-tests-case-table, casefiddle-tests-casing-character,
casefiddle-tests-casing): New test cases.
