bug#41055: 28.0.50; Hang when first NS frame is (fullscreen fullboth) in

From: Filipp Gunbin
Subject: bug#41055: 28.0.50; Hang when first NS frame is (fullscreen fullboth) in desktop file
Date: Sun, 03 May 2020 20:06:09 +0300

This may be somehow related with bug#40200.

- cp ~/.emacs ~/.emacs.bak
- echo "(desktop-save-mode 1)" > ~/.emacs
- emacs &
- maximize frame via native window button
- C-x C-c (desktop is saved with maximized frame)
- emacs &
- newly launched emacs's frame maximizes and immediately hangs

Killing with USR2 gives this not very useful backtrace:

Debugger entered--entering a function:
* #f(compiled-function () #<bytecode -0x19af9e136c1bd367>)()
  normal-top-level()

Also, while creating recipe, I tried emacs -q -fs, but it doesn't seem
to work. Should I file a separate bug report, or is this by design?

Thanks.
