These commands are not intended to be used programmatically at Lisp-level.
Or do you mean to describe a new function 
'display-buffer-override-next-command'?

NEWS mentions the key prefix.  Do you think NEWS should also mention
the name of the prefix command like 'other-window-prefix'?
