bug#42895: 27.1; error when moving files in dired

Thanks for reply;

The update is universal: Archlinux, emacs, all emacs' packages, fonts,
etc.

I tried to produce MWE. Please, find attached the .emacs after trimming
the majority of packages, leaving only the dired+
