bug#25901: 25.2; fit-frame-to-buffer not functional in OS X

(I'm going through old bug reports that unfortunately got weren't
resolved at the time.)

I'm unable to reproduce this problem in Emacs 28 on the current Macos
version.  Are you still seeing this problem?
