I have this setting enabled. I also have mouse-wheel-flip-direction set to t.
The problem is, that the same touchpad movement scrolls text in different
directions when Emacs is compiled with and without pgtk support with the same
init file.
When compiled without pgtk, its behavior configured in my init file matches all
system apps, and when compiled with the pgtk support it is inversed.
Both pgtk and non-pgtk builds send rhe same events, but scroll in different
directions.
