bug#53358: 29.0.50; Compilation output messed up again

Or...  is this perhaps completely unrelated to those fixes?  I forgot
that the ELC lines were output by the Makefiles, not by Emacs.

On the other hand, these messed-up lines only seem to appear if Emacs is
also outputting lines at the same time:

The INFO/Scraping lines are from Emacs at least, I think.
