bug#54157: 26.3; Provide variable aliases for options `list-matching-lines-*'

Most users think "occur", not "list-matching-lines" for `occur'.
Similarly, when they look for occur options.  Emacs help (apropos etc.)
currently doesn't help them find the options.

Please provide variable aliases for all of the options named
`list-matching-lines-*'.  And maybe even consider doing it the other way
around instead, that is, the same direction as for the command: alias
the `list-matching-lines-*' option names to the (new) `occur-*' option
names.
