bug#55031: Recursive Load - tramp.elc - tramp-file-name-structure

I removed ~/.emacs.d and ran with `emacs -Q <path>` and go the same error.

Regarding version, 26.3 is the current Ubuntu release for apt. I'll see how to 
get the latest stable installed to test.

Note: The .zfs/snapshot folder does have some odd properties; The file 
properties show the original permissions including write bit, however the file 
system iteself is read only.
