Thanks, I will pull. A question, then:

I usually pull, run make clean (sometimes make distclean)
make boostrap 
make
sudo checkinstall (I am on ubuntu and want a deb to install and later
deinstall: I will bring up that issue on the dev list)


What is the best option of fast compilation 

make -j=max
