It would be nice if, when tabulated-list-mode is using a "fake" header, that header line could be affixed to the top of the buffer when scrolling through the buffer via an overlay. I use the actual header-line in conjunction with this fake header line in several elisp programs. This would allow both to be seen with tabular data which exceeds the height of the window.
