Renaming that is hopefully not that much work with LSP.

You should be able to do this with M-? followed by
"M-x xref-query-replace-in-results RET" (the latter
should be invoked in the "*xref*" buffer produced by M-?).

Info for Stefan: I've now removed the per-tree null node, and make check shows no unexpected results.
