bug#63055: 26.3; BUGS list online seems broken now - can't show latest N bugs |

https://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/pkgreport.cgi?newest=10
has always shown a list of the latest 10 bugs submitted. Now it just
shows a screen asking for more field input, and says "No reports
found!".
