It took a bit longer for me to get back to this than I had hoped, but here's an updated patch. I've added a new subsection to the end that describes lexical vs dynamic binding, and tried to keep the "let Prevents Confusion" section as similar in spirit as I could to the original, while still updating the parts that change under lexical binding.
