Hi again Alex,

In my previous email I didn't notice that you had attached a Python 
script with the URL! Sorry ;-).

I was able to download it with this command:

wget -Oj9en0pnaq_flc.fits 
'https://mast.stsci.edu/api/v0.1/Download/file?uri=mast:HST/product/j9en0pnaq_flc.fits'

I was then able to reproduce the problem with this command:

astarithmetic j9en0pnaq_flc.fits

I'll look into it as soon as possible and share the result.
