Actually rampart.gnu.org is just a box doing network address translation.
The bot is running on an old machine at the Free Software Foundation.

The machine it's running on is pretty slow, but I imagine the problem is
probably just the network connection. Unfortunately there's nothing I
can do about this.

The machine the "gnu" bot is running on cannot be reached from outside
the firewall, so I don't think there would be a way for you to maintain
it, but if you want to e-mail me source or a x86 GNU/Linux binary I'd
be happy to run mgnu_zp on the same machine if that's any use to you.
