[Bug-gnubg] Importing .mat files generated by BBGT

I have noticed an oddity when importing a match file generated by Beggar's
Backgammon Terminal.

I played two matches against the same player, first to 5 points then to 3.
For some reason BBGT saved both matches into the same file after the second
game.
Not realising this I imported the match file and analysed the match.

1. The Match Stats and Session Stats both show the data for the whole
session (both matches)
2. The cube decisions for this second match  were analysed as if it were a
5-point match.
