[Bug-gnubg] Compiling error in l10nflist.c

Since two or three days I get an compiling error in l10nflist.c. "Make"
on a RedHat-7.3, gcc-3.1 ends with:

l10nflist.c:65: warning: static declaration for `stpcpy' follows
non-static
l10nflist.c:396: parse error before "__extension__"
l10nflist.c:399: parse error before '{' token
make[2]: *** [l10nflist.o] Fehler 1
