[Bug-gnubg] Settings..Evaluation menu

There should be a single dialogue box for both play and cube decisions to
make this consistent with the new Settings...Analysis dialogue.

The pre-defined settings are a great idea, but I don't think we need
beginner...advanced etc. I would like to see something between Expert and
World Class, though, to give us 1-ply options.
