I hope this is everything, it's time I started trying to improve my
game instead :-)

I've now added a column to the Settings/Options window which allows:

Disabling/Enabling tutor mode default=disabled
Disabling/Enabling tutor mode for cube decisions default=enabled
Disabling/Enabling tutor mode for chequer play default=enabled
Choosing if tutor mode uses the Evaluation or
Analysis settings when making decisions default=Evaluation
Selecting the level of error which will bring
  up a warning (doubtful/bad/very bad) default=doubtful

Clicking the End Tutor Mode button in the Tutor window only disables
the master tutor mode setting, so the choice of cube/chequer options
are unchanged.

Settings are saved by the save settings command and picked up from the
auto-startup files.

Code freely stolen from the Dice generator options and Joern Thyssen's
change to AnalyzeMove().

Note: I deliberately altered the $Id$ lines in the changed files so
that the diff files would contain the version numbers of the original
code. After people have looked these over for sensibility, CVS will
fix these back up.

Gzipped in deference to people on modem lines.
