[Bug-gnubg] Re-issue of tutor diffs

I found the take and drop tutor code was hideously, stupidly broken. I
don't know what I was thinking when I coded that, but it's wrong.

The enclosed patches, against a CVS taken Saturday at about 13:00 GMT
(which repeat my patches for all the tutor options) fix this.

Experimenting also shows that the patches to GTKHint which Jeorn
Thyssen made do fix the problems with memory allocation.

If no one has committed my earlier patch, sent this morning, please
discard them and look at these instead.
