[Bug-gnubg] Today's windows build is modified

Hi,

Just a small warning to windows users. I found a bug in my code from
yesterday, which makes gnubg crash when I press the OK button in the export
settings window. To fix this, I simply removed some of the code in the
binary snapshot. Hopefully this won't make it crash, but the "set html
board type" feature won't work as intended. I hope I can fix this bug this
evening.

The windows snapshot 020730 is slightly modified! I hope RMS won't sue
me....
