I've done that. The flag can be operated independent of the otherwise
selected dice color. So it will remember to user defined dice color,
even though you have selected die color same as chequer color.

I've also commited some more sensible default colors:

- the "die color same as chequer color" is per default checked
- the dice color is also set to the default chequer color (red & black)
- the dice dot color is set to the same gray as before
- the cube color is set to the same gray as before.

I hope this is a reasonable compromise.
