[Bug-gnubg] GNUbg for Windows 020805 - .htm and .html

After a new installation:
(and always using the default values of GNUbg)

File... Export... Game HTML
first time used:
a file with *.HTM* extension is created

Once File... Export... Match (or Session) is done
(and proposed extension here is .HTML),

Next time one does
File... Export... Game HTML
a file with *.HTML* extension is created

(no big deal though)
