You cannot compare gnubg 2-ply with JF level 7. The two bots have
different neural nets! 

gnubg might be right in some positions as the one you've posted, but I'm
sure you can find positions where gnubg is wrong and JF right!

Even rollouts might differ if one bot is totally
clueless on how to play a given position. Prime-vs-prime, backgames, and
crashed positions are good candidates for this.
