[Bug-gnubg] New config.in breaks intl/dcigettext.c

Removing the tests for strchr() in config.in means that systems not
using GNU libc will end up defining strchr() as index(), which is not
so good since index is a variable at line 991 of dcigettext.c and
strchr is called in that function.

Easiest fix is to change all the occurrences of index to Index in the
function concerned. Also included in this patch are two replacement
button pixmaps for the nextmarked and prevmarked buttons in the games
list - they make the '?' stand out more (and I learned a bit about
gimp :-) )
