[Bug-gnubg] new message window (patch included)

Hi,

I was getting so tired of the annoying message pop-up each time a
multi-line message was shown, that I've programmed a message window.
Also, as Nardy Pillards noted typing "help" will show a window larger
than the screen size.

The message window is activated from Windows->Message. If activated, all
messages will be written to the message window. However, one-liners will
still be written to the status bar.


I haven't commited anything to the repository, but a patch for the
initial implementation is attached. 

Comments or better ideas?
