[Bug-gnubg] Request: Unify Settings Buttons. and Game Record Window Buglet

Sometimes I like to make the checker play and cube settings the same for
Players 0 & 1
Analysis
Evaluation
Rollouts
It takes a while to do this especially if you have user defined settings.
So could you consider adding two buttons 
"unify checker settings"
"unify cube settings"
That way I only have to change 1 screen and hit the buttons

Also:
Game Record Window is open with scroll bar.
I get to the last visible move.
I hit move ahead to next roll button.
Scroll bar moves down two moves too late.
