[Bug-gnubg] Win32 MSYS and GTK+2.2

I got a working gnubg.exe

But:
GTK+2.2 is -s-l-o-w-, very slow

and ....
the GDK warning (known from Win32 builds and GTK+ 1.3) is still there.

but now reads:
(gnubg.exe:4294480117): Gdk-WARNING **: gdk_property_delete: General case
not implemented

(gnubg.exe:4294480117): Gdk-WARNING **: window 0x00000adc unexpectedly
destroyed

oh....
And calibration speed:
6500
( GCC 3.2.1 (i think) )
