I disagree.

Game...Roll the dice automatically = ON
is not synonymous with 
Cube...Use doubling cube = OFF

I routinely play with both ON. If I can use the cube I have to click to
roll or double; if I can't use the cube then the dice are rolled
automatically.

Tutor...Cube decisions sets whether you want to be tutored on cube
actions. You may or may not want to have the cube in play.
Tutor...Chequer play sets whether you want to be tutored on moves. You
may want to play without being tutored on moves, but getting tutoring in
cube decisions.

IMO, the tutoring settings should remain independent of the current play
settings, so that  if the play settings change the user can expect to
get sensible tutoring without have to re-adjust the Tutor settings.

Obviously, Tutor mode should not be tutoring on doubling if the cube is
not in use, which IIRC is the original problem experienced by Billie. 
Jim's fix should now check that Cube...Use doubling cube = ON before
tutoring on Cube decisions, which was the only real conflict in settings
I see.
