[Bug-gnubg] Question about the hint window and doubling |

Is there a FAQ or help info that explains the cube analysis
section of the hint window as it pertains to doubling?
Specifically, does the "Proper Cube Action" apply to
whoever currently has the cube, whether it's me or gnubg?
And is the first suggestion for the cube holder, and the
second for the opponent? For instance, if gnubg has the
cube, and Proper Cube Action says "Optional double, take"
does that mean that it's optional whether he doubles or
not, but that I should take the double if he does?
Thanks for any help.
Billie
