Yes, they are the same.
MD5 checksum of both is:
C05D626D012CAB424B02F46C8ED86908
(Mine is 'made' March 28th, because I was travelling in February.
I took as input the 0.13b version of alpha.gnu.org, dated March 28th.
And I think that one was available there since March 14th, but I can be
wrong)
