[Bug-gnubg] Starting a new match to edit a position

Start a new match with manual dice. Press Cancel on the dice popup.

The status line shows "(Interrupted)"
It is then impossible to get going again unless you start a new match. The "set 
dice" and "set turn" options are not available, and nor is the "play" button.

What I was aiming to do was, start a match and immediately start editing the 
position. This just seemed like the natural way to proceed. (Being on manual 
dice was just a coincidence).
