[Bug-gnubg] GnuBG bug

Hello,

First my configuration :
GnuBG version 0.13-devel (build May 1 2003), version for Windows (Windows
XP)

I downloaded GnuBG, and play against it all the week-end (~ one hundred
games).
I saw one strange behavior :

I saved the position in png format (in attachment).
Black to play 6-3 :
 1) I right-click on the black dices to swap them (for playing 3 first)
 2) I click on the black disk on the 9th column : GnuBG make 9->6, OK
 3) I click on the black 6th column, to make 6->off, and GnuBG plays 6->3
!!!!!!

Moreover, I have one question. Is there an online document describing the
increasing level of GnuGB between different versions of the software or NN
parameters ? (something like a curve of GnuBG's FIBS elo for different
settings 0-ply 1-ply 2-ply).
