Doesn't it have to say:
# rollout top 3 plays
hint
rollout =1 =2 =3

if you want all three top plays rolled out?

corresponding for a cube decision:
# Some other comment like: rollout cube decision
hint
rollout =cube

If you want to copy the rollout results directly to the windows clipboard
as a html (for posting to GammOnLine, maybe) use the command:

export position gol2clipboard
