D'oh! The FAQ is already is subsection of the manual, please ignore my
earlier question.

I haven't yet explored learning CVS or creating a Savnnah account, but plan
to within the week. Some new freelance work is occupying me, though I'm
still planning to work through the manual in detail with pen and paper while
commuting on the underground -- it's a good distraction from tense rush hour
crowds.
