Yes, he observed that the bots, Snowie 4 included, tended to overrated
holding games, especially when there was a 3rd rear back checker. This
was confirmed on several occasions as far as I recall, and he was
consistently right. The bots would get very enthusiastic about the
holder's chances because of the 3rd rear checker, and would rate the
winning chances a good 2% better or more than reality as confirmed by
rollouts.
