[Bug-gnubg] Win32 builds - new set of DLL

To follow Holger's builds (and 'A How to For Compiling'), I built gnubg.exe
using the packages as proposed by Holger.

When running gnubg.exe, two small problems arose:

iconv.dll was not found (I extracted it from libiconv-1.9.bin.woe32.zip -
GTK/Tor Lillqvist, but did not overwrite version 1.8 used for compile/link)

libintl-1.dll is still needed for GLib (I extracted it from
libintl-0.10.40-tml-20020904.zip- GTK/Tor Lillqvist build)

The list of needed DLLs (to run gnubg.exe) is at the end of this post.

It would be nice if Øystein could create a new Installation Archive, using
those packages.
The new version of Freetype doesn't crash anymore on older Win32 machines,
so I would only build the GUI and no-GUI version.

Anyhow, starting July 1st, the builds on my page will use the new DLLs,
and they will no longer have the -yymmdd in their name.
Thus gnubg.exe and gnubg-nogui.exe, starting July 1st, will use :
