[Bug-gnubg] .mat import

Hello,

i just had a problem importing a .mat file that was sent from another guy. Then 
i realized there was a difference inside the file compared to usual .mat files.

Instead of "Game 1" there was "Partie 1" and so on. I realized he must be using 
the German version of GnuBG and had done some changes to his bg client in order 
to save "German" .mat files. I wonder if it makes sense to use language 
conversion inside a format like .mat.
