For asking gnu, I must set the flag 40 (wasdoubled) to 1, to get the right answer. I send the board like that:

Hmm. Gnubg-no-gui answers with a "take". That's wrong.

I set up the pos + match id you've given and player 1 is on roll, after setting the turn to player 0, I got the following:

So gnubg doubles, this does indeed set flag 40 and here's what happens next:

So it seems fine, but the board strings I've got aren't the same as yours.
