If you have Perl available, I can send you the script used. It assumes
that you have two directories with .sgf files of the same game
analysed with two different settings. You feed it a list of the .sgf
file names on standard input and receive the results on std output,
with extra information about the changes in best play selection on
standard error. The statistics on the comparative rankings probably
require a unix environment with grep, sed, sort and uniq, it's a
typical Unix geeky command line.
