The error message is different, but this could just mean this error came
first in this instance.
"The file libglib-2.0.0.dll is linked with the missing
export-shell32.dll:SHGetPathFromIDListW"

The unfortunate thing here is that SHGetPathFromIDList does exist on Win95,
just not the Unicode version for this particular function.
