Now I'm building with gtk2 (on windows), the help manual can be
displayed. I've checked in a small fix which finds the gnubg.xml file
in the doc sub directory.
It doesn't seem to work too well... Does anyone know much about this:
1. Is the gnubg.xml file generated from the gnubg.texi file?
2. Should there be a faq.xml file?
3. Are the problems I'm seeing due to faults in the texi file, xml file
or gnubg processing? (There are lots of errors when the manual is shown)
I'm not great at xml but I'm willing to give it a go, hopefully if we
can get it working better some people may volunteer to fill out the content.
