Hi, David!
I'm forwarding this request from GammOnLine to the GNU Backgammon mailing list.
Maybe some of the readers have time to answer.
You can pass command line arguments as you do with with other python scripts.
These aruments will then be handeled by the Python intepreter.
I've not tried this my self, but it should work.

I am at the very early stages of playing around with python and gnubg. I have
successfully run some simple python scripts by executing
gnubg-cli.exe -p {scriptname}
but I am coming up with a list of fairly technical questions such as:
* Can I pass command line arguments to the python script. If I were running
from python I could do "python {scriptname} {arguments}" but I can't figure out
how to do "gnubg-cli -p {scriptname} {argments}"
* ...
* [additional questions omitted for now]
Has anyone travelled this path before me? Would you be willing to answer some
questions?
Thanks!
