[Bug-gnubg] I updated the autobuild system

Hi all,

I just now commited an update of the autobuild system. The major
points of notice are:

0) read the INSTALL file in the topdir ;)
1) gtk1 removed from config including gtkextra and gtkglarea
2) guile removed
3) all files generated by the autotools are removed from the
repository. These only belong in a distribution tarball. This means
that you now have to run ./autogen.sh before configure if you use CVS.
4) most of the m4 files are removed. These where either unneeded or obsolete.

While I can still configure, compile and run on both gentoo and ubuntu
linux, I have no real way of knowing what these changes means for
other systems. But I'm sure you'll tell me when you run into trouble.
