It works at my machine.

This is a fundamental design flaw in all Windows operating systems. The DLL
hell. If all dll goes to /windows/system32 you're sure you use the latest
installed dll for all applications. However, if an application isn't compatible
with that latest dll, it will stop working. So, one application will stop
working because you installed an other. Smart or what? In this way you can be
100% sure that you have at least one application that works on your computer,
namly the one you just installed.....
