[Bug-gnubg] New win install archive/exes (20060920)

A new install archive (code snapshot 20060920) is available for
download at www.gnubg.org.

This install archive should fix:

- annotation problem (GUI version)
- minor GTK problems (GUI version)
- better full screen mode

Also, Keith's count is now available (thanks Christian, that was quick !).

NOTE: if you have installed a recent install archive you can just
replace the executables with the ones provided in the archive
mentioned on www.gnubg.org (1.3 Mb zip archive).
