Suggestions and minor things:

1) the danish locale is da_DK, not da_DA.

2) I would like the flags to be a somewhat smaller and the labels to
be aligned, so as to appear on a single line.

3) Should the flag labels be translatable, or perhaps always in the
native tongue.

4) Not all locales might exist on Unix and existing locales may
perhaps result in a encoding change. On my system for example da_DK is
an alias for da_DK.ISO8859-1.
