Christian,

here you are, generated sources from the versions of bison/yacc refered to
in the last mail (latest cygwin). The flags used for generation were taken
from the Unix Makefile.am. However: Please test them before integration, I
did not far enough to do that last weekend. I see no potential problems, but
as we say here: the devil is a squirrel.
