Actually with the install archive on www.gnubg.org,
gnubg is self contained: it has all the DLL it needs in its directory
(like c:\Program Files\gnubg), except the Windows ones (taken
from c:\windows\system32).
I checked with Dependency Walker (freeware that shows
dll deps) and everything seems to be ok ...
